ONETECH ON798 tunnel type high sensitive needle detector, conveyor type metal detector

Application: 
ON798 detector is widely used to inspect toys, shoes, hats, non-woven products, paper, high elastic cotton clothing, plastic plate, sewing products, food products, pharmaceutical products, chemical products, rubber products and so on for safety inspection, it can be installed directly on a production line to use and can also detect pharmaceutical products and food packaged by aluminum foil for safety check.
ON798 detector can professionally detect pharmaceutical products and food products packaged with aluminum foil, it can detect whether pharmaceutical products and food products packaged with aluminum foil contain a broken needle of iron or iron impurities or ferrous metal and various metals containing magnetism.

ON798 conveyor type needle detectors have been widely used in some foreign-funded factories set up in China by some companies of Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA and European countries, and they have been used all the time.

2. When it detects a broken needle of iron or ferrous metal or iron impurities or various metals containing magnetism, its Alarm can be given out. Designed for universal AC power supply (full range). 

3. When the broken needle or other magnetic metal is found, the machine gives out an alarm, in the same time, the conveyor belt stops & return automatically.If the alarm is given out normally, the probe will give out a light to indicate a object place where the broken needle or other magnetic metal is.

4. It uses the advanced microcomputer chip and genuine sensor components manufactured by USA company and a durable industrial conveyor belt, uses high sensitivity of 12-level adjustment, its detection force does not decay and is persistent and durable. Optional function: printing reports with a printer.
