Application:
It is used widely to inspect toys, shoes, hats, non-woven products, high elastic cotton clothing, paper, plastic plate, to inspect sewing products, food products, pharmaceutical products, chemical products, rubber products and so on, it can also detect pharmaceutical products and food products packaged by aluminum foil for safety check and can be installed directly in a production line for inspection. 

ON798 conveyor type needle detectors have been widely used in some foreign-funded factories set up in China by some companies of Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA and European countries, and they have been used all the time.

1. ON798 LCD control panel gives you a good operation environment. Real time level display. An automatic counter function and automatic checking function.The conveyor belt is made from nonpoisonous material.

2. When sensors detect a broken needle or a iron piece,an alarm signal can be given out. It is designed for universal AC power supply (full range).

3. When the broken needle or other magnetic metal is found, the machine gives out an alarm, in the same time, the conveyor belt stops & return automatically.If the alarm is given out normally, the probe will give out a light to indicate a object place where the broken needle or other magnetic metal is.

4. It uses the advanced microcomputer chip and genuine sensor components manufactured by USA company and a durable industrial conveyor belt, uses high sensitivity of 12-level adjustment, its detection force does not decay and is persistent and durable. Optional function: printing reports with a printer.
